12/19/2022 – A motion was made to table this item until next month by Tony Cornett and seconded by Garnett Smith, discussion – Denise Shockley asked for the cost on building permits, The motion carried unanimously.

The city attorney asked if there was anyone to speak in favor of the amendments. There was none.
The city attorney asked if there was anyone to speak in opposition of the amendments. There was none.
The city attorney closed the public hearing at 7:03pm.

After some discussion and the correction of some typos, a motion to approve was made by Tony Cornett and seconded by Denise Shockley, discussion. The motion was carried unanimously.
